I typically add other toppings depending on what I have on hand or is available to me that compliments the color palette.
Letter/Number Cake: A single layer of cake with buttercream "dots" and toppings. (+$10 for fully iced on all sides)
$165 (less $30 for additional letters/numbers with same toppings, so $300 for 2)
Letter/Number Tart: 2 cookies layered with pastry cream "dots" and toppings. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
